2. Prepare Your Presentation Materials

        Choose your best musical compositions, songs, or remixes (at least three, no more than five)
* Music samples must be send on CD as audio tracks or in MP3 format. You may create a shorter version approximately two minutes in length. Please include an account of the creation of the piece, the style and musical genre (if available).
* A declaration of your authorship, bearing your notarized signature.
* Authorization for Atlantic Artists to use the materials in your presentation packet for all non-commercial presentation purposes. The authorization should bear your notarized signature.
* If your presentation materials include a song, and you are not the author of the lyrics, you must send authorization for Atlantic Artists to use the lyrics together with your presentation packet for all non-commercial presentation purposes. The authorization must bear the notarized signature of the author of the lyrics.
* If the song lyrics are in English, please send on a separate sheet the text and the name of the author of the lyrics.
Your bio, discography, and anything else that might be an interesting part of the presentation.
Your photograph, or a photograph of your group.
Your videos (if available).
Your website (if available).
